These conditions are aimed at ensuring everyone has an enjoyable stay at our Park.

Please be considerate of other guests


General Information

  • Key card deposit of $20 required at check in (refunded on departure)

  • Water is potable and high quality

  • All of our sites are on a slope due to council regulations. We get heavy rainfall and require the slope to ensure correct drainage. 

  • Wheel chocks are advised.

  • In the case of emergency or shop is closed please call 0400 246 609


Park Rules

  • Speed limit is  strictly 8km/hr

  • If you wish to stay hitched it is an additional $10 per night as it takes 2 bays, and must be advised at check in.

  • Vans must stay within allocated bay – no overhanging white line

  • Vehicles to be parked in front of Van

  • Visitors’ cars to be parked in car park beside the deli.

  • If you have visitors staying overnight, you will be charged an additional fee

  • Nothing larger than a tent peg is to be driven in to the ground

  • Nothing obstructing or to be placed into garden beds and lawn areas (dog pens, ornaments, personal plants etc)

  • Helmets must be worn when riding bikes and scooters

  • No Excessive noise after 9pm

  • Water restrictions apply, so washing of cars and vans is prohibited


Check In – Check Out Times

  • Please check in and out at the Deli. Opening hours are 5am – 9pm (Kitchen closes at 8pm)

  • Check out time strictly is 10am

  • Check In time is after 1pm.


Laundry, Ablutions, Camp Kitchen, Fire Pits and BBQ’s

  • Washers ($4.00) & Dryers ($2.00)  take $1 or $2 coins

  • Children under 12 not permitted unsupervised in ablution block

  • Ablution block closed for cleaning between 10am-11.30am

  • Additional toilets available at Deli

  • Please turn off lights in laundry, ablution block and campers kitchen when not in use

  • It is against the Health Act to do your Laundry in the basins or showers. If you are caught doing so you will be asked to leave with no refund

  • No washing of Shoes or pet bedding in the washing machine or dryers

  • BBQ’s to be cleaned after use

  • BBQs take $1 or $2 coins. $2 is 15min use.

  • Rubbish to be wrapped or tied securely before being placed in bins provided

  • Personal Fire pits are strictly prohibited

  • Use of two onsite fire pits only between the months of March and September.

  • Fire restrictions apply during Summer months (shire will inspect and issue fines)


Deposits and Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% deposit will be required during  peak times - event weekends, Easter and Christmas (min Stay is also required)

  • All Cancellations will incur a $20 Administration Fee

  • No refund will be given to any booking cancelled or amended less than 7 days prior to your stay

  • Once arrived for your stay no refund will be given

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 days



  • Pets must be kept on a lead AT ALL TIMES whilst in the Park.

  • The owner must clean up IMMEDIATELY after the pet at all times.

  • Pet pens must be “portable”, so they can easily be moved if the need be.

  • Pets must not be left alone, onsite, at any time during your stay.

  • Pets must not be allowed to bark, or indulge in antisocial or destructive behavior at any time.

  • As the pet owner you accept full responsibility for any personal injury or damage caused by your pet whilst in our park.

  • The decision to allow a guest with a pet into the park is at the Managers absolute discretion, at all times.

  • The Manager reserves the right to ask any guest with a pet to leave immediately, with no refund given, if any of the above rules are not complied with, or if the pet is causing a nuisance.
